At Atenel Template, we sell digital products such as templates, trackers, and downloadable resources.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we have the following refund policy.

Digital Product Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund only in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

  • You did not receive the download

  • You were charged twice for the same product
